This site is a tribute in honour of Andrew Sukhu.

Born in Guyana and raised in South London, Andrew was a beloved son, brother, nephew, grandson, cousin and friend. Andrew had a strong passion for music; playing the piano, guitar and producing movie scores were the tip of his musical talents.

An excellent cook, questionable footballer, nonetheless a comedian; Andrew’s smile was contagious, he was the light & joy of every room he entered. His intelligence and wisdom was beyond his age. A lover of nature and animals, his patriotism was strong and longed to visit his homeland, Guyana.

A child of God and Love; Andrew’s soul was pure and sweet. He cared dearly for his family & friends and wanted us all to live in peace.

He is much loved and will always be remembered.

My loving nephew Andrew today you would have been 23 yrs old. I hope you’re celebrating with your grandpa Romeo & uncle Angelis in Heaven. You are the star that shines bright in the sky. We Miss & love you beyond words 🫶💔 In Your words “Life is eternal” & “Your light will always shine” 💫✨ “To live in the hearts of those we love is never to die” "Life brings tears, smiles, and memories. 3 years already, it’s been a whirlwind of emotions and feels. I was saying to mum that I’ve had a switch in the way I view Christmas this year and I think you would really appreciate that. These past two without you has felt so empty, lonely & broken but actually, this is the only time of the year where we can really honour the person you were and your memories prevail the strongest. We’re able to reflect and think about you even more during this period. Some might run away and think that’s a bad thing but this is what you wanted; “Let my legacy live on”, “let my light shine”, well you got both. Christmas will always be for you & it makes my heart warm especially with how much love you have for this period. This new outlook and appreciation for Christmas has truly made it magical and that’s because of you. This year feels like the year when granny got us a Nintendo DS & PSP for Christmas in primary school - the excitement!! I could never forget you or our precious memories and I’m so grateful to have experienced your light. You have been my anchor in my dark days this years & I’m so so thankful for you 🤍
